Q: Where should my guests and I park?
The resident of any unit shall not place or park or cause or permit to be placed or park any vehicle, trailer or article in such manner as to obstruct any passageways, or entrances to the building or any entrance to or exit of any other resident.
Vehicles should be parked inside the demarcated areas, maked with white lines. Any vehicles outside these lines and all vehicles parked in an area, which obstruct other resident's garage entrances, will be towed without notice.
Q: Can I keep pets?
A: Yes, but we require the following from you:

Q: Can I use the complex staff to work in my garden / wash my car?
A: Not on days that they work for the complex. They do however have "off" days where they can do what they want.

YOUR GRASS WILL NOT BE CUT UNLESS IT IS DONE
Q: When will my dustbin be emptied?
A: Fridays are dustbin days for our area. Please wheel your dustbin out of your yard between 20:00 the evening before the day of removal and 07h00 of the morning of removal to allow the gardener to collect them. Do not leave your dustbin on the outside of your yard once it has been cleaned, but place it back in your yard.
